This syndrome occurs due to a malfunction of the vascular system of the brain. In connection with the reduction of the lumen of blood vessels and blood flow is deteriorating. As a result of such a violation and headaches appear.

How to treat

Often, the cephalgic syndrome is treated using various psychotherapeutic techniques. May supplement the treatment with special psycho-regulatory drugs and symptomatic therapy.
To prevent the development of seizures, it is worth adjusting your daily routine. To do this, try to ensure a full sleep (at least 8 hours), be sure to rest. In addition, you must try to avoid stress and nerve overload.Do not get involved in diets, better organize yourself a healthy diet. And try to add exercise. It should be moderate, but it should still be.
If cephalgic syndrome is not treated, it can lead to the development of serious pathologies, for example, disorientation in space. Therefore, to deal with headaches is necessary even if it seems to you hopeless.
