Culfe - Indian ice cream on white bread
You will need
- - Milk is fresher - 4 glasses
- - White bread - 1 slice
- - Corn starch - 1 tbsp.
- - Cane sugar - 1/4 cup
- - Cardamom - 1/2 tbsp.
- - Almonds (nuts) - 10 pcs.
Soak almonds (or nuts) for two minutes and peel it. Cut off the crust from the bread, chop it into medium pieces.
Put sliced bread cubes into a blender, add cooked starch and pour out half a glass of milk. Mix well to obtain slurry.
Mix almonds, sugar and cardamom. In a deep pan, pour three and a half cups of milk and boil.
Boil milk for fifteen minutes on medium heat until it is evaporated by one third. Add to the pan the resulting gruel from the blender. Boil for five minutes. Add the latest ingredients almonds, sugar and cardamom.
Mix well and boil for fifteen minutes. Drain the resulting mixture into a glass dish and put into the freezer for seven hours. In seven hours, the ice cream will be prepared.
