How delicious to bake potatoes with cheese in the oven
You will need
- - young medium sized potatoes - 8 pcs .;
- - hard cheese - 100 g;
- - butter at room temperature - 40 g;
- - mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l with a hill;
- - garlic - 2-3 cloves (optional);
- - fresh dill - a few twigs;
- - grill for the oven.
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. While it is warming up, rinse the potatoes with the skin under running water, dry them, and then pierce the skin with a toothpick in several places.
Now place the potatoes on a wire rack and send them to a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the remaining ingredients. Hard cheese rub on a fine grater, peel the garlic and crush through a press, chop the dill and divide the soft butter into small pieces.
When the baking time comes to an end, in a separate bowl, mix the grated cheese, dill, garlic, butter and mayonnaise.
When the potato is baked, remove it from the oven and make a cross-shaped deep cut on it (you can also make three transverse cuts).In each potato, put the cheese and mayonnaise mass, crushing it as deep as possible. Then again lay the potatoes on a wire rack, send to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese.
Such baked potatoes can be served as a separate dish, as well as a side dish for any meat or fish.
