Raspberry jam without cooking: a recipe for winter

For the preparation of "raw" raspberry jam requires a little more sugar than described above, because if you put less of this ingredient, then the dessert will quickly spoil. You will need:

  • one kilogram of raspberry;
  • 1.5 kilograms of sugar;
  • bulk glass bowl;
  • mortar or mash for mashed potatoes;
  • jars and lids.

Sort out the berries, grind them with sugar and leave for three hours at room temperature. Make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved.Sterilize the jars and lids, transfer the dessert into prepared containers, sprinkle the berries with sugar in such a way that it completely hides the jam, and roll up the lids. Due to the large amount of sugar, this dessert is well preserved throughout the winter, although it is better to keep it on the balcony or in the refrigerator / freezer. It is worth noting that at minus temperatures, the jam does not freeze.

Raspberry jam without sugar for the winter

As the name implies, in this recipe, sugar is generally unnecessary. If you do not like sugary jam, then try to prepare a dessert for the winter only from raspberries, without adding to it any sweeteners. Cooking technology:

  • take the raspberries, rinse them and drain them in a colander, let the water drain;
  • place the raspberries in small jars (0.5-0.7 ml);
  • put a towel on the bottom of a wide deep pan and a jar of berries on it;
  • Pour water into the pan to the neck of the cans;
  • put the pot on the fire, wait until the water in it boils, then reduce the heat to a minimum;
  • during cooking, the berries will decrease in volume, so constantly add raspberries to the jars;
  • after the last addition of berries, boil the preparations for 15 minutes, then remove the jars from the water and roll them up with sterilized lids.
