How to cook soup "Chowder"

You will need
  • - 300 gr salmon
  • - 200 grams of milk
  • - 200 grams of potatoes
  • - 150 grams of ham
  • - 200 gr mussels
  • - 1 onion
  • - 100 gr carrots
  • - 2 celery stalks
  • - 1 tbsp spoonful of flour
  • - olive oil
  • - oyster sauce
  • - Tabasco
  • - chopped greens
Cut salmon into slices and cook until tender.
Chop the bacon, put it in a pan and fry it in olive oil until crunch.
Finely chopped carrots, onions and celery toss to the bacon and fry for another 10 minutes.
Add to the bacon potatoes. Fry everything until golden brown in potatoes.
Fill all the ingredients with fish broth and bring to a boil.
Dilute flour in cold water and add to the broth. Give thicken the mixture.
Pour in the milk and cook the soup for 10 minutes.

Season with two sauces, oyster and tabasco.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and sprinkle with herbs.
