How to cook lamb on the grill

You will need
  • - Mutton pulp - 800 g;
  • - dried apricots - 150 g;
  • - onions - 2 pcs .;

  • - apricot jam - 100 g;
  • - dry white wine - 150 ml;
  • - lemon - 0.5 pcs .;

Instruction
Cook the marinade. Peel the garlic, pass the cloves through the press. Mix the mass with one spoon of olive oil. Peel the onions and celery stalks and cut them into small pieces. Add to marinade.
Heat the frying pan and fry in it on a low heat the resulting pasta until golden brown. Season with red and black pepper, put curry and salt. Pour in the wine and mix the mass thoroughly.
Liquid evaporate half the entire volume. Then add the jam. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon straight into the pan and cook for about 20 minutes on low heat.
Cut the lamb into 3-4 cm cubes. Fold the meat in a deep dish.Pour it with chilled marinade and marinate for at least 4 hours.
