How to cook pancakes with onions and carrots

You will need
  • - 8 carrots,
  • - 4 onions,
  • - 4 eggs,
  • - 8 tbsp. spoons of wheat flour,
  • - salt to taste
  • - black pepper to taste (you can add a little red sweet pepper),
  • - 4 tbsp. spoon vegetable or sunflower odorless oil.
Instruction
The ingredients are designed for 8 servings.
Rinse carrots well, peel and grate, preferably small. But if you want a richer flavor, then grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Peel and chop the onion. Combine carrots with onions in a bowl, mix. Add eggs, season with black pepper and salt, mix.
Add flour to the vegetable mixture (before adding, it is desirable to sift several times to saturate with oxygen). Keep in mind that flour is different and may require more or less than the specified rate. The dough should be thick enough and there should be no liquid in the bowl.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put the dough on the butter with a spoon.Too thick pancakes do not, as the dough is not baked. Fry fritters for ten minutes on one side. After the dough turns white on top, and the bottom becomes rosy, turn the pancakes and fry until golden brown. Put the finished pancakes in a plate and serve in portions with sour cream.
