Solyanka with pork and sauerkraut

Such a hodgepodge is very satisfying, as it contains a small amount of potatoes. It can also be cooked without cucumbers, because the fresh cabbage in this recipe is stewed along with sour, resulting in the traditional sourness. To prepare this dish you will need:

- red onion;
- 1 Bulgarian pepper;
- 400 g pork;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 2 boiled potatoes;
- vegetable oil;

Cut the pork into small pieces and fry until cooked in vegetable oil, salt and pepper. At the end add to it sliced potatoes and red onions. Chop the cabbage finely, put it in the frying pan and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
To cook meat faster, you can boil it beforehand until half cooked.
Scald tomatoes with boiling water, peel them, cut into cubes and add to cabbage.After a minute, add the same Bulgarian pepper and sauerkraut. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
