How to make coffee with cognac

You will need

Instruction

Heat the cups and pour over a tablespoon of brandy, put a couple of pieces of refined sugar and pour hot black coffee.Separately, beat a tablespoon of thick sour cream with half a teaspoon of powdered sugar and a pinch of vanilla sugar into a thick foam. Put the prepared cream in a cup of coffee, sprinkle with grated chocolate and crushed nuts on top.
Make strong coffee in a Turk (take two tablespoons of ground coffee for two glasses of water). Pour in two tablespoons of brandy heated to seventy degrees, add a hundred grams of granulated sugar and a teaspoon of lemon juice. All mix thoroughly and pour into cups. Decorate with whipped cream and grated lemon zest.
To make coffee in French, you need six teaspoons of ground coffee, which should be diluted in four cups of water. Make coffee over low heat and add a pinch of salt at the end of the cooking, thanks to which the coffee will be more saturated. Warm coffee cups and add sugar to taste, pour over a tablespoon of brandy and pour hot coffee. Serve immediately to the table.
