Jacques Pépin Makes a Mushroom Fish

Julienne with trout and mushrooms

You will need
  • - 500 g of trout fillet;
  • - 400 g fresh champignons;
  • - 100 grams of cheese;
  • - 1 glass of cream;
  • - 0.5 cup sour cream;
  • - 100 g butter;
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of flour;
  • - leek;
  • - black pepper;
  • - Bay leaf;
  • - dill;
  • - salt.
Instruction
Cook the fish. Peel, rinse and cut into small pieces. Let the water drain, then rub with salt and pepper.
Fry the mushrooms in butter. Separately fry the onion and combine with mushrooms.
Prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream with cream, add flour and whisk.
Pour the sauce over the mushrooms, put on a slow fire, heat until thick.
Remove from heat, add pieces of trout. Salt, pepper add dill, bay leaf.
Put the prepared mass in ceramic pots, sprinkle with grated cheese on top, close with foil. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
