Avocado Salmon Salad Recipe

Light Salad with Salmon

You will need
  • - lightly salted salmon - 150 g;
  • - Avocado - 1 pc .;
  • - lemon - 0.5 pcs .;
  • - red onion - 0.5 pcs .;
  • - green peas (canned) - 150 g
  • - chicken egg - 3 pcs .;
  • - carrots - 1 pc .;
  • - dill green - 5 pcs .;
  • - mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp .;
  • - salt and black pepper - to taste.
Instruction
Prepare the eggs, boil them hard, cool and free them from the shell. Cut into cubes, put in a deep bowl.
Wash carrots and peel. Crumble about the same cubes, boil for 10-15 minutes on low heat, cool.
Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon. Peel the avocado, cut it into small cubes and pour over lemon juice. Finely chop the greens and drain the green peas.
Prepare salmon either in cubes or thin plastics. Collect all the products in one dish, pepper, add salt or not, decide for yourself. Smear the products with mayonnaise and serve.
