Katy Perry - Bon Appétit (Official) ft. Migos
Architect Dimitar Karanikolov and interior designer Veneta Nikolova turned this small Bulgarian attic into a creativly designed home over the course of two years. The apartment is filled with unique details that make the most of the space while minimizing its limitations.
For instance, the dark “cube” in the centre of the living room hides the bathroom, while the wardrobe in the bedroom (disguised as a vintage suitcase) hides a floor level built-in bathtub. Privacy was an issue due to the development’s proximiity to other buildings, so the apartment was outlined with tall cantilevered aluminium planters. The result is a beautifull green terrace and total shelter from the outside world.
As far as interior design goes, the space is a deft mix of old and new, with vintage furniture and edison bulbs coexisting seamlessly with more modern garnishes.
