Prunes with nuts and sour cream
You will need
- - 100 g of pitted prunes;
- - 100 g of peeled walnuts;
- - 1 cup sour cream (15%);
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
- - 100 ml of boiled water;
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of gelatin.
My prunes and scalded with boiling water to make it soft. In each prune we put a half of a kernel of a walnut.
Gelatin pour hot water and stir until complete dissolution.
Add sugar to the sour cream and beat it with a mixer. In whipped sour cream pour the dissolved gelatin and mix everything thoroughly.
We spread prunes stuffed with nuts into ice-cream dishes and pour whipped cream with gelatin and sugar into them. The finished dessert will look very nice if you use transparent dishes under it.
Prunes with cream-gelatin pouring put in the refrigerator for 1 hour until complete solidification.
The ready dessert before serving can be sprinkled with the remnants of chopped walnuts or grated chocolate.
