Schnitzel Milanese with potato garnish
You will need
- - Pork (fatty part, brisket) - 600 g;
- - Russian cheese - 300 g;
- - Eggs - 4 pcs .;
- - For garnish:
- - Potatoes - 5-6 pieces. (preferably young);
- - Greens, leek;
- - Vegetable oil;
- - Salt, ground black pepper, zira, spices for meat.
For this dish portions of schnitzel are ideal, from which we cut off excess fat. From it we will prepare a fry for potatoes.
Spread schnitzels on cling film, wrap meat in it and slightly beat off with a hammer. Put the chunks of meat on a plate, sprinkle with salt, spices, and zira. Give the meat to marinate.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well.
Put a piece of cue ball on your palm, and place 2 tablespoons of lezon on top of it. Turn the cue ball over with the lezion and fry for 3-5 minutes on fairly high heat.
While the schnitzel is fried, put the breading on top, so that when we turn it over, there is already a layer of lezon on it.
Using a wooden spatula, turn the schnitzel to the other side.
