1/4 c. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped green chiles
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1 1/4 lb. 85-percent lean ground beef
1/4 c. Salsa
- In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise, green onions, green chiles, lime juice, lime peel, and 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In strainer over a medium bowl, combine radishes and 1/8 teaspoon salt, tossing.
- Shape beef into four 3/4-inch-thick burgers. Lightly sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and freshly ground black pepper to season both sides.
- Grill burgers, covered, 7 minutes for medium or until desired doneness, turning over once. Serve on hamburger buns with lime mayonnaise, radishes, and salsa.
