Take a Tour of Neil Patrick Harris's New Townhouse
Neil Patrick Harris just got himself a massive new pad.
According to Curbed, NPH and his husband, David Burtka, bought an 8,000-square-foot, four-story home on Fifth Avenue between 125th and 126th streets (in case you're planing a visit). The residence, or should we say palace, sold for just under million.
The townhouse, listed by Corcoran, has four bedrooms, two terraces, a backyard, a rooftop, and a fancy-pants kitchen. Oh, and it happens to be the most expensive abode in all of Harlem, so it has that going for it.
Come take a little tour, and dream along with us about what it would be like to be NPH and David's closest friend.
Here's the great room. Yes, it has a great room, with a fireplace, and what appears to be a sombrero. Olè!
And here's the state-of-the-art chef's kitchen, where we can totally see ourselves gabbing with NPH over a magnum of wine.
And of course the dining room, where we'll gather on Sunday mornings for brunch with the kids.
If you're wondering why the decor looks a little more conservative than what you might have been expecting from Mister Fun-Loving Oscar Man, it's because the space is currently being renovated, though the Harris-Burtka clan is currently living there, jackhammers and all, which in this case, really does make them "just like us." Le sigh.
