MY PSORIASIS JOURNEY WITH TALTZ

Tips for Good Reviews
The effect on my joint pain is amazing and my lesions are fading. Wonderful stuff
Taltz is the first medication that cleared my skin since I first broke out with psoriasis in 1986. Needless to say, I was overjoyed with the results. I switched from Enbrel which was much less painful to administer but not very effective for me. Taltz shot is sooo painful! It was not as painful however using the manual instead of the automatic syringe. Now for the heartbreaker and deal breaker for me... after 5 months of use and beautiful clear skin, apparently it started to also clear my head of my hair! It's been falling out in handfuls! I'm a woman and this is beyond tragic. I choose having hair on my head over clear skin and am now hoping/praying my hair will grow back.
Been on Taltz for a lottle over a year. Started to see an inprovement after only a month and now i’m completely clear. Was hard to get the treatment approved by my insurance, but eventually won and got it. No side effects. Only costs me . Fast shipping. Only regret was that I couldn’t get on it sooner which would have prevented some of the scarring I have
I started Taltz in Dec of 2019. I have scalp psoriasis and some red patches on my body and it seemed topicals were all that worked for me so my dermatologist put me on Taltz. My insurance refused to pay for it and I was put on a program to only pay 25 dollar co pay. It is now June and I am taking on injection per month. It really had done little for my scalp. My scalp is getting worse unless I some my head nightly with Clobex topical spray. I have a bald spot on the back of my head now as well. It gives me red painful bumps sometimes on my body. Had one on back of my neck then leg. My head still itches and very scaly. I go back to my dermatologist in five days and I plan to ask her to take e me off Taltz. I tried Ortezla and it was helping quickly but the headaches were horrible and the nausea was unbearable. I am 50 now and am starting to think I will never be rid of this. I hear good things about Taltz but it was not the med for me.
