We chatted with hairstylist Chris McMillan after he sent Aniston down the red carpet. “With the cut of her dress, we knew we had to do an updo—but originally, it was going to be a ponytail,” he tells us. “I just happened to push the hair up in a bun, and she really liked it. She was like, ‘Can we do this? Can we rock this?’ and I was like ‘Yes!’” He called the bun “Kate Moss-inspired” with a textured-yet-polished feel.

To finish off Pike's look with a full, fluttery fringe, Inglessis used Chanel’s Inimitable Mascara () in Noir on her bottom lashes and Make Up For Ever's Aqua Smoky Lash () in Extra Black on her top lashes.

Haristylist Tina Andersen chopped Pike’s hair into a sleek, assymetrical bob and Kylee Rae Heath used a flat iron for a super-straight finish.

For Jenna Dewan-Tatum’s look, hairstylist Bridget Bager for Matrix wanted to create texture and movement. “The gown is so beautiful and grand, so we decided to soften her hair to offset the seriousness of the dress,” Bager says. She applied Biolage's Thermal Active Setting Spray () on Dewan-Tatum's dried strands to add body and volume, then wrapped sections of hair loosely around a medium barrel curling iron, letting the ends drop.
