  • - 60 ml of milk
  • -green (parsley, green onions, dill) optional
  • -bank of pickled mushrooms 300 ml (any suitable)
  • -100 grams of sour cream
Instruction
Take milk and pour it into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar, eggs, and sunflower oil. Everything is thoroughly whipped with a mixer. Then add parts of the flour so as not to overdo it, otherwise the dough will be very thick. If this happens, add more milk. Let the pancake dough stand for about ten minutes.
We take a pan for frying pancakes, ignite it on high heat. You can lubricate the pan with sunflower oil or rub with salt, choose for yourself.When the pan is hot, pour pancake dough on it. We put on fire and bake from two sides. We also act with the remaining dough.

Cabbage filling
Finely shred cabbage and fry it in sunflower oil over low heat. Make sure that it does not become very fried. Curd filling
Fresh cottage cheese shift in a large bowl, add sour cream, vanilla, sugar. All carefully beat with a mixer, about 5 minutes. Then add the raisins.All again, beat for a minute.
