Composition and forms of release

Tocopherol acetate is an oily solution of vitamin E for external and internal use. Available in ampoules, vials and capsules. The capsule form further comprises refined sunflower oil, glycerin and gelatin.

It is released in a pharmacy without a prescription.

Indications for use

  • lack of vitamin E at any age;
  • impaired reproductive function in men, menstrual changes associated with menopause or in adolescence, habitual and threatening abortion
  • as part of complex therapy for cardiovascular diseases, eye diseases, skin diseases (psoriasis, lupus, infected dermatosis);

Tocopherol acetate capsules are taken orally, 30-40 minutes after a meal, depending on the indications, 1-3 capsules 2-3 times a day and washed down with water.

For violations of the menstrual cycle of various origins - 100 mg 3 times a day. The course of treatment for 2-3 months.

With threatened abortion - 100-150 mg per day for two weeks, with habitual abortion - 100-150 mg per day, the course of administration - 3 months.

For cardiovascular, eye diseases, skin diseases and neurological disorders as part of complex therapy, 100 mg 1-2 times / day. Course duration 1-1.5 months.

For diseases of the musculoskeletal system - take 50-100 mg 2 times a day for 1-2 months. The course is repeated after 1-2 months.

Tocopherol acetate in vials for external use is used for the preparation of masks.

To slow down the aging process - cleanse the face with a scrub, apply with massage movements on the face, leave for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with warm water. A course of 7-10 procedures, an interval of 2 months. Or add 15-20 drops of tocopherol acetate to your daily face cream.

To strengthen the hair - castor oil, olive oil (1 tablespoon spoon) is mixed with 1 teaspoon of vitamin E. Apply on the hair roots and spread over the entire length. Leave for 3-4 hours. Thoroughly washed with shampoo. It is recommended to use a mask once a week.
